Ruby chocolate offers a luscious smoothness unlike any other chocolate variety that every chocolate connoisseur must experience.

In its natural state, Ruby chocolate has an intense fresh fruitiness with a hint of sour notes, even though no color or flavor has been added to the natural cocoa beans. 

Ruby cocoa plants will produce beans only under certain climate conditions.

• Fresh chocolate ships in 1-2 days / custom orders in 3-4 days. 

• We will ship chocolate MON - WED to avoid melting during weekend transit

• We use nuts in some of our chocolates
