Our version of a turtle on steroids. A handful of freshly roasted walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts and pistachios, layered with a generous slab of our salted vanilla bean caramel, smothered with a layer of milk chocolate. One Galapagos is large enough to share with someone, but why would you?
